Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will not incur any charges. - Cancellations made outside the 24-hour window will result in a loss of 30% of the service fee or deposit. - No-shows will be considered as cancellations made outside the 24-hour window and will also incur a loss of 30% of the service fee or deposit. - Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
